Commercial Warranty Policies

The Aqualuma FPG Canopy Light is covered by the following Warranty Policy:

All Aqualuma FPG Canopy Lights have a commercial warranty covering the product for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Terms of Warranty:

The Aqualuma FPG Canopy Light commercial warranty insures the product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. This commercial warranty includes all fittings, LED chips and drivers. This commercial warranty covers all operation cycles up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Warranty covers:

Aqualuma reserves the right to view proof of purchase prior to replacement or repair.

Aqualuma reserves the right to inspect the defective luminaire prior to replacement or repair.

Aqualuma offers a complete and full replacement or repair of the faulty luminaire, including return freighting of the replacement luminaire.

Aqualuma will not be held accountable for any costs associated with the removal or return of the defective luminaire, nor the subsequent re-installation of the replacement luminaire.

Warranty does not cover:

Installation which is not carried out in accordance with the instructions contained in this document, maintenance other than contained in this document, misuse, neglect, improper installation or natural disasters such as flood, fire, lightning, power spikes, any unauthorized repairs or modifications to the luminaire. Removal or replacement of the product.

NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE THE LUMINAIRE – OPENING THE LUMINAIRE WILL VOID WARRANTY

Liability:

Aqualuma’s liability in all claims and events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of the Aqualuma product. No affirmation of fact or warranty expressed or implied other than that set out in the warranty statement above is made or authorized by Aqualuma. Aqualuma disclaims any liability claims that are due to misapplication, improper selection or misuse. Any liability for consequential or accidental damages or costs is expressly disclaimed.

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your Aqualuma product, please contact Aqualuma or your dealer for repair or replacement information.

The Aqualuma Litebay is covered by the following warranty policy:

The Litebay LED Highbay has a commercial warranty covering the products for 3 years.

Term Of Warranty:

Aqualuma Litebay Highbay is covered for 3 years to be free of defects in workmanship and materials at a duty cycle of 24 hour 7 day operation. This includes fittings and drivers.

Warranty does not cover:

Improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, improper installation or natural disasters such as flood, fire, lightning, power spikes, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Removal or replacement of the product.

Warranty covers:

Replacement or repair at Aqualuma’s option, any product or part free of charge upon return of the defective item to Aqualuma for the term of the warranty.

The Aqualuma Premium Highbay range of products is covered by the following warranty policy:

All Premium Highbay products have a commercial warranty covering the products for 10 years.

(10 year warranty effective from 23rd Oct 2018).

Term Of Warranty:

Aqualuma Premium Highbay warranty covers all premium products for 10 years to be free of defects in workmanship and materials at a duty cycle of 24 hour 7 day operation. This includes fittings and drivers.

Warranty does not cover:

Improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, improper installation or natural disasters such as flood, fire, lightning, power spikes, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Removal or replacement of the product.

Warranty covers:

Replacement or repair at Aqualuma’s option, any product or part free of charge upon return of the defective item to Aqualuma for the term of the warranty.

Maintenance Schedule:

Aqualuma’s Highbay range is designed to be virtually maintenance free.

Depending on the environment it is recommended that the lens and housings be dusted off periodically to ensure continued photometric performance. In a very dirty dusty environment this may be required annually, in a warehouse type situation it is recommended that you do this every five years.
